Its with great pleasure that I announce HVRSK will be hosting 2010 Northeast Regional conformation event. The judges will be FCI Alfredo Estrada, Mexico and Andreas Mueller as he will be judging the BST's. The show will be held October 9 & 10th at the Thomas Bull Memorial Park in Montgomery, NY.

As always HVRSK will be producing a "shouldn't miss" event. We hope to see everyone in October. Look for the premium shortly on the USRC website under upcoming events.

No doubt HVRSK has put on some of the best shows around. I understand this judge is very good and we look forward showing our dogs to him. Be well and have a great summer. See you in October.

Steve

Judge Estrada is an excellent judge! He speaks perfect English, is patient with beginners, and is generally pleasant to all exhibitors. I'm sure it will be a great event! FWIW, he likes dogs that have a lot of reach and drive, so be prepared to really move your dogs! :D

Due to circumstances beyond our control, HVRSK has notified our Regional Director that we cannot host the 2010 NE Regional Sieger Show. We are in the process of trying to work out 'Plan B' and assist in Steven's decision on which club he will be granting the event to. Our members are here to help any way we can...unfortunately, at this time, we just cannot put the event on. We still have both judges reserved, IN CASE one of the other clubs would like to keep them for the same dates.

I'm sure Steven will keep us up to date on what he plans on moving forward with. I've been asked by another club to hold the judges, until their club can meet over the weekend, so I will do that. Otherwise, we plan on bringing Mr. Estrada in next year, for our 2011 show.

Thats too bad. It's always nice to drive 2 hours to a show instead of 15 or 20 hours.

I don't think that there will 'not' be a Regional event - just that our club will not be hosting it. I'm sure everything will get worked out and Steven will let us know what alternative plan is:-)

Just to let everyone know we are working hard to hold the Regionals this year. I have no doubt we can still get the job done. HVRSK has been helping me try and get this done. We think we can still use the same judge but hold the event in a different location. We will keep you updated.

Maybe the original club that was asked or planned to do the regionals could put it on. I think (as I have had no contact with them) that they already have a USRC Judge coming in for the end of Sept, so why not just turn it into a regional?

I think they are trying to work it out for the same weekend, b/c many, many people were excited about Mr. Estrada coming in and would like to show under him.

That's just my opinion though. As this is what I'm hearing from the majority of people that were upset that our club was not hosting it.

Either way, I'm sure it will be a great turn out and everything will go off w/out a hitch:-)

We have great clubs and members in the Northeast that work very hard to bring you the best in both Show and Work. We will get this done! Thanks for everyone's patience and understanding.
