 Post subject: trouble not getting timed out loading photos

I finally do have broadband so I thought my problem would be solved but I still get "timed out" on this forum? Is this normal? I have found especially if I am looking at pictures all a sudden it will say I do not have permission to view and I have to log in again. Thanks for help in advance....
